Registered Midwife

Job Details

Our client is looking for a Registered Midwife in Donegal, County Donegal, Ireland.

Responsibilities & Duties

Providing high-quality midwifery care to women throughout pregnancy, labour, and the postnatal period
Monitoring the health and wellbeing of mothers and newborns, responding appropriately to any changes
Supporting and educating expectant and new mothers on all aspects of pregnancy, childbirth, and infant care
Ensuring that the dignity, safety, and confidentiality of all patients are respected at all times
Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with regulatory standards

Requirements, skills & qualifications

A minimum of two years of experience working as a Registered Midwife
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Full Garda vetting completed or willingness to undergo same
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Legal right to work in Ireland

Pay

The starting pay rate offered is €38.00 per hour.
